Q:How many
photographers do you have, and who will cover my event?
A: We currently have 1 full time and 3
sub-contracting associates that work with us. Scheduling
is done on a first-come, first-served basis and is based
around the availability of our photographers.
Q:Do we get proofs
from our event?
A: No, all our proofing is done online
in a password protected website. Images are posted
quickly after your event and remain online for 30 days
or 60 days depending on the event.
Q:Can we choose our
images for our wedding album?
A: Yes if you choose one of our
premier or elite packages. To get the full break

Q:What if we don't
choose our images for our album or reprints within 30
days?
A: Just call our office. We will be
happy to extend your time online. Additionally all of
our client images are re-published on Oct 1st to Dec
12th each year to facilitate holiday re-orders.
Q:What forms of
payment do you accept?
A: We accept all the major credit
cards both online and over the phone. You may also mail
checks or money orders to our office. If you come by, we
will accept cash.
Q:Do you require reservations for your services ?
A: Yes, reservations are required. You
can contact our office anytime for available dates. and
times.
Q:Are deposits
required?
A: Yes, to hold an event date & time
deposits are required. Rates vary depending on the
service reserved, to get a
quote simply contact our office.
Q:How much do you
charge for a wedding, portrait, etc..?
A: This is probably one of the most
common questions we answer at Hawaiianpix. The
answer is never simple. since we allow customers to
customize thier packages prices will vary depending on
the service needed. We do have packages that are
designed to fit virtually any budget, listed online. If
these don't fit your needs, some packages may be altered
to accommodate your individual event.
Q:Do you shoot Digital
or Film?
A: Hawaiianpix has been a completely
digital company for 4 years. The reason is simple, it
offers so much more opportunity for both us and our
clients.
Q:Can we get the
"negatives or files" from our event?
A: All of our clients have the ability
to purchase either a limited or unlimited printing rights
DVD. We include a Proof CD with all our portrait and
wedding packages. To see the differences in these types

Q:What comes with the
Unlimited CD/DVD.
A:You will get the same great
quality images that you get with the limited CD/DVD, you
will also recieve a letter allowing you unlimited
printing rights with any finisher. This letter may be
copied and given to other finshers as proof of your
release to print the images through thier service.
Youwill of course also receive our free home print
software to print your images with Hawaiianpix online as
well. |
